Senior Python Full Stack Developer

Experience required: 5+ Years
Number of Positions: 1
Working Days: Weekly 5 days (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

Client is seeking a well-rounded, hands-on Senior Python Developer to join our team focused on automating territory enrichment processes to drive seller productivity and success. You will collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements, design, and build scalable, production-quality algorithms and scripts.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development, has worked closely with business analysis teams, and has played a key role in implementing and enhancing back-office solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement, administer, maintain, and support applications and systems critical to Client’s operational excellence.

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain essential algorithms and scripts.

• Apply best practices, standard procedures, and techniques to develop and configure applications.

• Write and maintain clear documentation for installation and operating procedures.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Participate in technical design discussions, contributing insights and ideas.

• Troubleshoot application issues independently or collaboratively.

• Transform unstructured raw data into formats suitable for modeling.

• Work effectively in a globally distributed Agile/Scrum team.

• Learn and maintain a strong understanding of multiple business areas and supporting applications.

Requirements

MUST HAVE:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, including the full SDLC.

• Strong experience with Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask).

• Proficiency with Python ORMs (SQLAlchemy) and libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, PySpark.

• Hands-on experience with Python Celery-based applications.

• Knowledge of data serialization formats (JSON, XML).

• Familiarity with AWS services: EKS, API Gateway, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC, Glue, SQS, SNS, etc.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git).

• Strong knowledge of design patterns & scalable system design.

• Experience with Confluence, SmartDraw for documentation/diagrams.

• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs & web services.

• Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI framework, including agent orchestration & workflow design.

• Understanding of LangGraph concepts (nodes, edges, graph workflows).

• Hands-on with WebSockets for real-time communication.

• Strong experience in relational databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Redis).

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Exposure to ML, NLP, and AI-related skills.

• Additional expertise in the Agentic AI framework (workflow design, orchestration).

Education

• BTech / BE / BSc / ME / MTech / MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
